About the role
The Senior Sales Engineer will drive business development and manage key accounts within the Oil & Gas sector for TUV SUD Middle East. This hybrid position combines market intelligence, tender coordination and client relationship management to support sustainable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with major Oil & Gas clients.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence to protect high‑value customers.
- Coordinate and prepare government and non‑government tenders, from discovery to submission.
- Organise business meetings with key and new customers in collaboration with senior management.
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure timely collection from assigned accounts.
- Ensure compliance with the sales management process and act as liaison between operations and clients until project completion.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales engineering or business development, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Strong competence in tender coordination and preparation.
- Excellent client‑facing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and operational teams.
