Senior ServiceNow Implementation & Support Specialist

About the role

Happiest Minds Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Implementation & Support Specialist for a banking and financial services project in Oman. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of total experience, including 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow work, covering platform implementation, configuration, integrations and L2/L3 support.

Required profile

• 6-8 years of total professional experience
• 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Experience with on-premises or self-hosted ServiceNow deployments
• Experience with data migration, deployment, go-live and hypercare support
• Willingness to work in Oman

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers and Service Catalog
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST APIs and SQL
• Integration services and REST API
