Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

RQMNA is building a new class of sovereign GovTech platforms and needs a Senior Technical Recruiter on‑site in Muscat to attract and hire the senior engineering talent that powers these platforms. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing scarce senior engineers to closing offers, ensuring speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for senior engineering, data, AI, and other technical roles.
• Proactively source scarce senior talent using modern sourcing techniques, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes, calibrate expectations, and set clear hiring standards.
• Run a structured, fast, and fair interview process while protecting a strong candidate experience.
• Sell the mission and opportunity, and close senior offers in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and a bench for upcoming roles.
• Use data to monitor funnel health, time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and source quality.
• Contribute to employer branding and help scale hiring as the organization grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting software and technical talent full‑cycle, especially senior roles.
• Strong proactive sourcer fluent in modern techniques for scarce engineers.
• Credible partner to engineering leaders, able to hold technical conversations.
• Track record of running structured, fast processes while treating candidates respectfully.
• Effective at selling opportunities and closing senior offers.
• Data‑driven approach to managing recruitment funnels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a valuable advantage.
