Senior Treasury & Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Treasury & Financial Analyst will lead the company’s treasury function while delivering financial analysis and insights that support strategic decisions. The role ensures effective cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt administration and investment evaluation to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash and liquidity, prepare weekly, monthly and annual cash‑flow forecasts and analyse variances.
• Maintain relationships with banks, open/close accounts, monitor facilities and ensure compliance with banking requirements.
• Oversee loan facilities, track drawdowns, repayments, interest payments and adhere to financing covenants.
• Coordinate escrow accounts, prepare withdrawal requests, reconcile balances and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, investment appraisal and project profitability analysis.
• Prepare treasury, cash‑flow and management reports for senior leadership and ensure internal controls are followed.
• Support new financing, refinancing initiatives and provide input for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury policies, procedures and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in treasury, cash management and financial analysis, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of banking products, loan agreements and escrow arrangements.
• Proven ability to develop financial models and present insights to senior management.
