Service Delivery Coordinator

About the role

Baker Hughes is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join its Pressure Pumping team. The role covers the coordination and monitoring of job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring they follow core values, contractual terms and regulatory requirements, and supporting the team's development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure activities follow core values, non-negotiables and cultural pillars, and that contracts and quotes are fully understood
• Coordinate and monitor job activities and review job planning, equipment preparation and people readiness
• Work with project managers and other pressure pumping service delivery coordinators on X-PL critical tasks, and escalate issues affecting service delivery
• Check invoices against the contract or quote, prevent revenue leakage and ensure timely cash collection
• Coordinate with field crews on requirements and mobilizations at the customer well site
• Develop the team through competency and training programmes and assist peers with peer reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, regulations and ISO and API requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related subject
• More than 10 years of experience in oilfield services
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, managing customer relationships from initial engagement through contract execution, with responsibility for financial and operational performance
• Previous technical experience in coil tubing
• Prior business ownership covering HSE, finance and service delivery
• Leadership and mentoring experience in a global matrix environment
• Experience in the Middle East
