Social Media & Customer Enquiries Specialist

About the role

MOJ Perfumes is seeking a Social Media & Customer Enquiries Specialist to be the digital voice of the brand across all social platforms. You will manage incoming messages, respond to customer enquiries, and ensure every online interaction reflects the elegance and warmth of the brand. Fluency in Arabic and English, a passion for fragrances, and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other channels.
• Answer product questions, order enquiries, pricing, store locations, and delivery support promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve order and payment issues.
• Relay customer feedback and trending questions to the marketing team.
• Maintain MOJ’s luxury brand voice in every interaction and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Track response times, enquiry volumes, and customer sentiment.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic and professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent written communication in both languages.
• Based in Muscat and flexible to work peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for fragrances and luxury customer experience.
