Spa Trainer

About the role

The Spa Trainer will support the daily operations of our luxury spa by ensuring guests receive seamless service and staff are well‑informed about policies, schedules, and product offerings. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Al Mouj, Muscat, and plays a key part in delivering the high‑standard experience expected at St. Regis.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, policy updates, and in‑house groups.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, amenities, and treatment schedules.
• Confirm guest names and treatment details before each session and monitor daily schedules.
• Communicate last‑minute changes to providers and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services as well as retail products.
• Process requisitions for supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Inspect work areas and equipment for compliance with company standards.
• Notify engineering of maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant spa or hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 10 lb.
