Sr. Specialist, Security

About the role

The Senior Security Specialist will supervise and coordinate security activities across designated areas, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and facilities from physical threats. Reporting to the TL Security, the role acts as a delegated authority to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite surveillance for all assets, monitoring alarms and CCTV systems.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential and actual security risks.
• Deploy and manage security personnel to ensure proper coverage and crowd control.
• Conduct regular patrols, door checks, and monitor entry points for unauthorized access.
• Enforce access‑control procedures, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with law‑enforcement when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and personnel movements.
• Perform security risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver security awareness training to employees and contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of national security regulations and international best practices.
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle emergencies calmly.
