Staff Nurse – Occupational Health (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to join our occupational health team in Oman on a permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering first‑aid, emergency care, and health‑promotion services to employees across the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
• Manage workplace injuries and coordinate follow‑up medical treatment.
• Maintain accurate health records and employee medical files.
• Support health and wellness programs, including vaccinations and health checks.
• Monitor, identify, and report health hazards in the work environment.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training for staff.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain medical supplies and first‑aid kits.
• Assist during workplace inspections or audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse).
• Valid nursing license.
• Experience in an occupational health setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Care (ITLS, PHTLS, or equivalent).

Required skills
