About the role
Tathmeer is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee store and inventory operations across all construction projects, ensuring accurate stock records and timely material issuance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of all materials.
- Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy across all project stores.
- Prevent material shortages that could delay site works.
- Control stock levels to avoid unnecessary excess and waste.
- Supervise the Store Keeper and enforce store documentation standards.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably with construction materials.
- Strong inventory control and stock documentation skills.
- Experience coordinating with procurement.
- Strong sense of control and organizational discipline.
