Supply Planner – Raw Materials & Execution

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planner – Raw Materials & Execution to lead short‑term raw material planning, supplier coordination and production execution for AMOUAGE’s manufacturing operations. The role works closely with the Senior Production Planning Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure key materials are available on time and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, operations and execution of raw materials such as concentrate, ethanol and sandalwood chips to meet production requirements.
• Coordinate maceration, aged essences concentrate and aged ethanol plans, aligning them with production schedules and lead times.
• Develop and maintain accurate raw material forecasts in collaboration with suppliers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the office and the manufacturing site, facilitating communication and resolving operational issues.
• Visit the production floor regularly to monitor progress, address bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and delivery commitments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Identify material availability risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing carrying costs against stock‑out risk.
• Track and report KPIs such as on‑time delivery, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy and material availability.
• Manage slow‑moving and obsolete inventory, proposing actions to minimise waste.
• Maintain accurate master data (lead times, safety stock, MOQs, lot sizes) within the ERP/planning system.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise planning processes, reduce lead times and lower costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply planning or raw material coordination.
