T24 Senior Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior T24 Developer with strong banking domain knowledge to lead end‑to‑end development and testing of the Temenos T24 core banking application. The role bridges business analysis and technical delivery, ensuring the system meets functional and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications aligned with T24 capabilities.
• Design, develop, and enhance core T24 modules and local customisations following Temenos and bank standards.
• Integrate T24 with external systems (payments, CRM, regulatory reporting) using OFS, APIs, web services and MQ messaging.
• Manage and optimise EOD/BOD/COB batch processes for stability, performance and reliability.
• Maintain data integrity, support user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements.
• Follow change‑management procedures for safe deployments, version control and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Temenos T24 (R16, R21) in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, retail modules and accounting.
• Proven ability to analyse logs, troubleshoot crises and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.

• Temenos T24 (core modules, AA, Customer, Account, Deposits, Payments, Delivery, MG, LD).
• Oracle database knowledge.
• OFS, OFSML, Jedi drivers, TAFJ, TAFC, TWS, IRIS, TOCF.
• COB programming, multithreading concepts.
• SWIFT, RTGS, ACH payment integration.
• T24 Browser, printer setups, Build Control, library management.
• API, web‑service and MQ integration.
