Talent Acquisition Manager – Healthcare (Muscat, Oman)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to drive talent acquisition for a growing hospital network in Muscat. The role blends high‑level workforce planning with hands‑on recruitment to ensure the right clinical and corporate talent is secured.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end sourcing and talent acquisition strategies for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and leadership positions.
• Partner with hospital leadership to forecast manpower needs and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Oversee day‑to‑day recruitment operations from requisition to onboarding, including screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Manage recruitment budgets, KPIs (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire) and HRMS/ATS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Oman labour laws and healthcare licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial talent acquisition role.
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector, hiring physicians, nurses, allied health and corporate support staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Healthcare Management; MBA or professional HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period and willingness to relocate to Muscat.
