Territory Sales Manager – Oman

About the role

DHL Express Oman is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across an assigned geographic area. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers, delivering tailored express delivery solutions and ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing customers through regular face‑to‑face visits (approximately six visits per day).
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities, converting qualified leads into first‑time buyers.
• Coordinate customer issues with internal departments, covering service recovery, credit control and contract terms.
• Prepare and submit sales performance data, pipeline reports and activity updates using the STELLAR system.
• Follow the Global Call Planning Tool to schedule visits and secure Ship‑To‑Profile information.
• Adhere to regional profit‑margin and discount guidelines while negotiating customer agreements.
• Analyse customer data to monitor trends, measure success and recommend follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to travel daily for customer visits.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of DHL Express products and services.
• Ability to work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Commitment to meeting defined revenue and shipment targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the STELLAR reporting system.
• Experience using the Global Call Planning Tool.
