About the role

The Trade Finance Sales Manager will lead the growth of the bank's trade and receivables finance portfolio across corporate units. The role combines sales, relationship management, and product development to increase fee‑based income and deepen client wallet share.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition of new trade finance clients and expand existing relationships through joint visits with Relationship Managers.
  • Identify and capture trade wallet opportunities, promoting solutions such as receivables finance, supply chain finance, trade loans and core trade products.
  • Advise corporate clients on optimal use of trade finance to improve working capital and operational efficiency.
  • Lead digital migration of clients to the bank’s online trade platform and promote automation of transactions.
  • Develop new trade finance products and services based on market research and client feedback.
  • Conduct trainings, seminars and workshops for corporate clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, Legal and Audit to ensure flawless execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor trade limits, transaction performance and profitability, reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in trade finance sales or corporate banking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
