Venue Supervisor

About the role

World Padel Academy is launching its first venue in Muscat and seeks an experienced Venue Supervisor to lead daily operations. You will ensure a first‑class experience for members and guests while driving the commercial success of the new facility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day venue activities, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise front‑desk, coaching, and operational staff, handling scheduling and performance management.
• Coordinate court bookings, academy programmes, leagues, tournaments and special events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and facility readiness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries professionally.
• Monitor operational performance, occupancy, inventory and produce regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company operating standards.
• Support revenue growth through customer retention, venue activation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing venues, leisure centres, hospitality, fitness or sports facilities.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on occupancy and revenue targets.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with booking or POS systems such as PadelMates.
• Experience using Playtomic or similar sports‑facility platforms.
