Villa Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Villa Attendant to join Six Senses Zighy Bay, a luxury resort in Oman. The role supports our vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the environment through exceptional, sustainable hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor based on occupancy reports.
• Assist guests with special needs and ensure their requests are met promptly.
• Stock and replenish the supply trolley with room amenities, brochures, and information materials.
• Replace and maintain room supplies, including stationery, guest kits, and informational compendiums.
• Remove and arrange furniture, curtains, or fixtures requiring repair, cleaning, or waxing.
• Change bed linen and pillowcases according to resort policy.
• Provide turn‑down service and restock minibars to Six Senses standards.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to LQA standards, and uphold Six Senses service guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to live on‑site in a remote location for extended periods and travel as a single status.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with hotel POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals and surface care.
