Cashier – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

The Cashier will represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining visual standards, and supporting store operations during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and convert browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, issue receipts, process refunds, and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and keep accurate stock reports.
• Adhere to security, loss‑prevention, and SOP policies at all times.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Strong product knowledge of the group’s brands for suggestive selling.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail to minimise stock loss and ensure accurate cash handling.
