About the role

The Hostess welcomes guests, manages seating, and ensures a smooth dining experience at our hotel restaurant. This front‑of‑house position is essential for creating a friendly and organized environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to clean, available tables.
• Pull out chairs, place menus, and ensure each setting includes a napkin, clean silverware, and any other required items.
• Arrange tables and chairs for groups with special needs and keep the dining area tidy using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Monitor menu condition, ensuring menus are current, clean, and wrinkle‑free.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
• Observe safety, service standards, and guest well‑being, reporting any incidents to management.
• Adhere to company uniform standards, confidentiality policies, and safety training requirements.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette and support team goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
