Manager – Investment Products

About the role

The Investment Products Manager will establish and grow a portfolio of in‑house and third‑party investment solutions for the bank’s Wealth Management and Private Banking clients. This role acts as a strategic advisor, linking market demand with the bank’s advisory capabilities to deliver innovative, Shariah‑compliant, high‑performance products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a roadmap for investment products, including discretionary portfolio management, funds, structured products, model portfolios, execution platforms, and alternative investments.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert to train relationship managers and wealth advisors on product technicalities, sales ideas, and market updates.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Lead the conceptualisation, due diligence, and launch of new investment solutions in partnership with Shariah, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and IT teams.
• Ensure all products comply with internal policies, Shariah principles, regulatory requirements, and fair‑dealing guidelines.
• Support RFP and EOI preparation for discretionary portfolio mandates.

Required profile

• Strong background in investment product development and wealth management.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor and stakeholder manager.
• Experience with Shariah‑compliant investment solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of driving product growth and managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles.
