Master Tailor – Luxury & Party Dresses (Muscat)

About the role

We are seeking a Master Tailor with deep expertise in women’s party and luxury dresses to set up and lead a new tailoring workshop in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high‑end designs that reflect GCC fashion trends while building a skilled team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a fully equipped tailoring workshop in Muscat.
• Design, cut, stitch, embroider, and finish luxury and party dresses for women.
• Oversee sampling and prototype development.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of tailors and artisans.
• Manage resources, inventory, and quality control to ensure premium output.

Required profile

• Proven experience in women’s tailoring, especially party and luxury garments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a workshop or team.
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing high‑end dressmaking.
