Corporate Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Corporate Finance Business Partner to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost governance, investment evaluation and management reporting for Corporate Functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, deliver rolling forecasts and analyse variances, risks and opportunities.
• Act as trusted finance partner to Corporate, HR, IT, Facilities, Corporate Relations and Internal Audit, providing commercial and financial evaluation for proposals and initiatives.
• Own OPEX governance, ensure spend control, transparency and compliance, and strengthen cost‑control frameworks.
• Review and validate CAPEX business cases, track approved investments and support capital prioritisation decisions.
• Lead monthly financial close activities, prepare management reports and maintain strong internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or finance business partnering.
• Experience with OPEX and CAPEX management, variance analysis and cost control.
• Exposure to investment appraisal techniques such as NPV, ROI and payback analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with Concur expense management and Power BI reporting tools.
