Expert Performance & Reporting

About the role

The Expert Performance & Reporting will act as the subject‑matter expert for enterprise performance management and reporting within the Corporate Planning & Performance function. The role designs, governs and continuously improves OQEP's performance‑reporting framework, KPI architecture and management‑information standards to provide accurate, timely and decision‑useful information to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the performance‑reporting framework, calendars, standards and templates for monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Own the corporate KPI architecture, including definitions, calculation logic, thresholds and data sources.
• Lead advanced variance and performance‑driver analysis, challenge explanations and provide independent insights.
• Prepare executive performance reports, dashboards and review materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board committees.
• Ensure data integrity, auditability and support internal and external audits.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of reporting using ERP (SAP), BI tools and advanced Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise performance reporting, FP&A or management accounting.
• Proven experience designing reporting frameworks and KPI architectures in large organisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
