About the role
Copart Muscat Auctions LLC is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join its team in Oman. The role involves supporting members throughout the vehicle auction process, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional support to members via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Manage post‑sale activities, including vehicle collection, release coordination, and documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a courteous attitude.
- Accurately update member records and safeguard confidential information.
- Assist operations and auction teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
Required profile
- Omani national (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive or auction environments.
- Fluent English; Urdu language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
