Join Calo, a fast-growing health-tech leader launched in Bahrain, as we expand our footprint in Oman. We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to lead our central production unit, ensuring excellence in meal portioning and timely dispatch operations.

Missions principales

• Lead on-the-ground operations during critical portioning and dispatch windows to ensure seamless workflow.
• Supervise and train the packaging team to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Dispatch, Logistics, and Quality teams to optimize workflows and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP protocols, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee the precise portioning, labeling, and shipping of meals according to Calo's specific caloric and macronutrient guidelines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement solutions.

Profil recherché

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within high-volume central kitchens.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
• An obsession with customer satisfaction and a meticulous eye for detail.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Competences requises

• Expertise in HACCP standards and food safety management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for operational tracking.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
