Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor ensures the highest level of customer service and supports the Store Manager in delivering a profitable and efficient store operation. The role also drives loyalty program adoption and maintains visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to retail staff to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, store administration and adherence to company policies.
• Manage staff rosters, leave requests and address grievances.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
• Conduct regular audits of store administration and resolve issues.
• Ensure security vigilance and compliance with brand policies.
• Take full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a customer‑facing retail role.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Well‑groomed with up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of apparel and fashion trends.
• Store administration and visual merchandising.
• Suggestive selling techniques.
