About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account and Sales Manager to lead key accounts and drive growth for drilling waste management and drilling fluid solutions within Oman's oil & gas sector. The role involves building strong relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and EPCs to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships and prospect new business in Oman's drilling sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for drilling waste disposal and drilling fluid services.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Report sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience in the O&G drilling sector.
  • At least 8 years of technical sales experience within UAE Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management or Drilling Fluids.
  • Strong network of relationships with O&G operators and contractors in Oman.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Drilling Waste Management (DWM) expertise.
  • Drilling Fluids (DF) expertise.
