Account Manager – Oman

About the role
CNS is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Account Manager to lead and grow key accounts in the Oman market. You will act as the primary liaison between CNS and its customers, driving business opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with CNS policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
- Plan and forecast projects from prospective customers, staying updated on market trends and competitor positioning.
- Build consultative, C‑level relationships and promote CNS’s full portfolio of servers, storage, networking, security, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, support and managed services.
- Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective customers, maintain accurate sales forecasting, and drive opportunities from identification to profitable closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, expand market share, and nurture long‑term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, technical, support) and use escalation processes when required.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with System Integrators and a solid understanding of the IT solutions landscape.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage C‑level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle.
- Professional representation of CNS values and adherence to internal governance.
