Accounts Clerk

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to support our finance department with a range of administrative and clerical tasks. Your attention to detail and accuracy will help ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter financial transactions and data into the company’s financial systems.
• Verify the completeness and correctness of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date financial documentation and assist with archiving.
• Process supplier invoices, match them with purchase orders and receiving documents, and prepare invoice batches for approval and payment.
• Monitor and track expenses to ensure they stay within budgetary limits.
• Assist with expense report processing, reimbursements, and the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Facilitate communication within the finance department and with other departments while adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
