About the role

Al Amana, a leading company in the building materials sector, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its Finance & Accounts Team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of receivables, from issuing invoices to recording payments and reconciling accounts. This position works closely with other finance professionals to ensure timely collection, accurate records, and smooth month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer invoices
Record and allocate customer payments
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Support the monthly financial closing and reporting processes

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Valid Oman driving licence preferred

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience using accounting software
