Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our organization in Salalah, Oman. You will partner with senior management to drive strategic financial planning, ensure robust controls, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to maintain financial stability.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and reporting standards.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support senior management with strategic financial planning and decision‑making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in corporate treasury, cash‑flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Hands‑on experience securing debt financing or negotiating banking facilities is a plus.
• Experience working in Oman or GCC countries is advantageous.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
