Asset Manager – Real Estate & Infrastructure Portfolio

About the role

The Asset Manager will act as the owner’s representative, overseeing the performance, financial health, and long‑term sustainability of a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, entertainment, industrial, infrastructure and mixed‑use assets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for asset‑level P&L, developing annual business plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, EBITDA, NOI, cash flow and valuation metrics; implement initiatives to improve profitability.
• Manage a multi‑class portfolio, creating optimization strategies, evaluating hold, repositioning, redevelopment, acquisition and disposal opportunities.
• Lead revenue and leasing optimization, tenant mix, occupancy and rental growth initiatives.
• Prepare detailed financial models, conduct feasibility studies and assess investment returns using NPV, IRR, ROI and payback.
• Identify and prioritize capital projects, oversee implementation and track return on investment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset management or portfolio management within real estate or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate financial performance and market trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Understanding of key performance indicators such as EBITDA, NOI and cash flow.
• Knowledge of capital planning and project prioritization.
