Assistant Plant Operator

About the role

The Assistant Plant Operator supports plant operations by assisting senior operators in monitoring equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring safe working conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in operation and monitoring of plant machinery.
• Support maintenance and inspection activities.
• Handle material movement and basic operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical qualification (ITI) preferred or relevant technical background.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with technical background may also apply.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety standards.

• Basic knowledge of plant operations.
