About the role
The Assistant Plant Operator supports plant operations by assisting senior operators in monitoring equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring safe working conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in operation and monitoring of plant machinery.
- Support maintenance and inspection activities.
- Handle material movement and basic operational tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
- Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.
Required profile
- Technical qualification (ITI) preferred or relevant technical background.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with technical background may also apply.
- Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety standards.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of plant operations.
