Banking Specialist – Freelance Trainer

About the role
Kaplan is seeking experienced freelance instructors to deliver bespoke training courses in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, or Wealth Management & Private Banking across the GCC region. Successful candidates will work with leading banks in the Middle East, providing high‑impact training to professional audiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (CFA Charter, MBA, or specialized certification highly preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the relevant banking domain.
- At least 4 years of professional training experience.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of the specific banking domain (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, or Wealth Management).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
