Brand Coordinator – Logistics & Inventory

About the role

Join the House of AMOUAGE as a Brand Coordinator, ensuring seamless brand operations across markets, projects, and partners. You will coordinate orders, shipments, inventory, vendors, and day‑to‑day logistics while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end flow of new product development (NPD) and brand shipments, tracking mock‑ups, concentrates, and samples.
• Manage picking, packing, warehouse dispatch, and preparation of NPD samples for artists and suppliers.
• Plan and execute inbound and outbound logistics for fragrances, raw materials, packaging and production props worldwide.
• Select and brief couriers, prepare shipping documentation, commercial invoices and customs paperwork for alcohol‑based fragrance products.
• Maintain global inventory systems, conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile regional stock declarations.
• Act as central point for vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, invoice matching and payment follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1‑3 years of coordination, operations or supply‑chain experience, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
