Business Development Manager - Facilities Management (Oman)

About the role

Careers International is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to join its team in Oman. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the facilities management industry in Oman and a proven track record of growing business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
• Pursue new business through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations and pitches tailored to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, track KPIs and report regularly to senior management on forecasts and achievements.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and finance teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the facilities management industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
