Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for E.A.T Co in Muscat by identifying new opportunities and nurturing lasting client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and works closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase E.A.T Co’s offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align solutions with client needs.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage pipelines using CRM tools.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and target‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
