About the role
The Butler at St. Regis Al Mouj is the primary face of the iconic Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests from pre‑arrival through departure. This role works closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless, bespoke experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs throughout their stay.
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that supporting departments are equipped to meet guest expectations.
- Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and act proactively.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 pounds.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 6 months of related work experience in hospitality or guest services.
- Strong interpersonal skills, passion for service, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in a luxury hotel environment.
