Case Manager - Pediatric Therapy Services

About the role

This full-time Case Manager position in Oman acts as the primary parent anchor and clinical coordination lead. The role manages parent engagement, coordinates the interdisciplinary team, handles clinical documentation, monitors progress and supports quality assurance under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Head.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk-in parents, explain services, understand their concerns and facilitate onboarding.
• Conduct parent counselling, monthly reviews and IEP discussions.
• Coordinate assessments, appointments and therapy schedules.
• Coordinate OT, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Special Education teams.
• Monitor clinical progress and facilitate interdisciplinary case discussions.
• Guide therapists in assessment reports, IEPs, progress reports and home programs.
• Assist in clinical SOP development, documentation audits and quality monitoring.
• Organise bi-monthly parent workshops and therapist training.
• Promote evidence-based practices, clinical innovations and new intervention programs, and identify clinical challenges and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, OT, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Special Education or a related allied health profession; psychology background preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Fluency in Arabic, Hindi and English.
