Channel Relationship Manager – Sales

About the role

The Channel Relationship Manager – Sales will be responsible for maximising revenue from existing DHL customers while also acquiring new business. You will build multi‑level relationships, understand client needs and promote DHL’s service portfolio to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a regular call cycle with existing customers to strengthen relationships and retain revenue.
• Identify customer needs and propose DHL solutions that add value.
• Negotiate and persuade existing customers to expand their use of DHL services.
• Generate new business by sourcing leads and converting prospects into customers.
• Monitor credit issues, coordinate with Finance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Record all interactions in COMET/STELLAR and keep IBS forms up‑to‑date.
• Own service failures, coordinate resolution and ensure swift handling of complaints.
• Analyse sales data, spot trends and take corrective actions to protect and grow revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communicator in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent numeric and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Preferably holds a degree in Business or equivalent.
