Civil Engineer Graduate Training Program

About the role

STRABAG Oman LLC offers a structured 15‑month on‑job training program for fresh civil engineering graduates. The programme combines hands‑on project work, departmental rotations and an international assignment to develop technical expertise and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments over a 13‑month period, gaining exposure to all stages of construction projects.
• Apply academic knowledge to real‑world tasks, supporting design, site supervision and project management activities.
• Participate in a 3‑month international assignment at another STRABAG branch, learning global best practices.
• Take on early‑stage responsibilities under continuous mentorship and receive regular performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related technical discipline).
• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in developing technical expertise within the construction industry.
• Eager, motivated and willing to travel locally and internationally for assignments.
• High level of self‑responsibility and dedication.
