Civil Engineer - Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Civil Engineer to lead site supervision for our real‑estate development projects in Muscat. The role involves ensuring that all construction activities follow approved designs, technical specifications, safety standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis, monitoring progress and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants and suppliers to keep the project on schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications and contracts, and prepare detailed site reports.
• Ensure compliance with storm‑water management, drainage, grading and site‑utility systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes and construction management practices.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional certification or registration is an advantage.
