Client Acquisition Executive – Arabic Speaking

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Client Acquisition Executive who is fluent in Arabic to drive new business in Oman. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will focus exclusively on acquiring new partners and meeting sales quotas in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and quota.
• Conduct outbound outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and report on industry developments.
• Contact 100 % of qualified inbound leads promptly and log activities in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for partners.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a dynamic, target‑driven setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
