Client Acquisition Executive – Arabic Speaking (Oman)

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Client Acquisition Executive to drive new business growth in Oman. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will focus on acquiring Arabic‑speaking partners, managing the full sales cycle and meeting a defined quota.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct outbound outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective partners.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and insights to the commercial team.
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and log activities in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for partners.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.

• CRM (experience documenting sales activities and outcomes).
