Commercial Real Estate Agent (Industrial)

About the role

Whitewill, a premium real estate brokerage active in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, London, Moscow and Miami, is looking for skilled Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Agents to join its team in Oman. The role covers sales and rental transactions in the industrial and commercial market, with access to a steady flow of clients and flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process a high volume of client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Identify properties according to clients' needs and organise viewings and meetings.
• Work mainly on sales transactions across residential and industrial real estate, and handle rental opportunities when required.
• Advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities and support them through the transaction.
• Ensure transactions comply with market regulations and company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and provide a high standard of customer service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of Oman real estate experience in the commercial/industrial market; strong GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial real estate or a closely related segment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the real estate market, property types, client requirements and transaction processes.
• Comfortable working with investors, end users, landlords and tenants, and open to both sales and rentals.

Required skills

• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, confident and results-driven.
