Agency Assistant – Entry Level Real Estate Role

About the role

This part‑time position offers an Omani national the chance to learn residential agency work from the ground up in Muscat. You will support leasing, administration, marketing and client service while being guided by experienced colleagues, with the possibility of progressing to a full‑time or specialised role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the agency team with daily administration, property listings, client enquiries and viewing arrangements.
• Accompany experienced agents on property visits, develop knowledge of Muscat’s residential areas and follow Savills procedures and confidentiality standards.
• Handle telephone, email and walk‑in enquiries professionally, record client requirements and assist with follow‑ups.
• Learn agency fee, invoice and transaction record management, and assist with organising supporting documents.
• Use the CRM to maintain accurate listing, client, lead and viewing records and monitor leads to ensure timely follow‑up.
• Assist with property descriptions, brochures and social‑media content using approved Savills templates.

Required profile

• Omani national with high‑school or college education.
• Good spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in property, professional manner, organised, reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to learn, proactive team player and comfortable receiving feedback.
