Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial

About the role

Whitewill is looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join its prestigious team in Oman, working across residential, commercial and industrial properties. You will benefit from a supportive, dynamic environment and have access to high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of client inquiries, identify suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Handle sales transactions for residential and industrial real estate, while also supporting rental opportunities.
• Advise clients on property and investment options and guide them through the transaction process.
• Maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of real‑estate experience in Oman (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with investors, end‑users, landlords and tenants.
• Willingness to work across both sales and rentals without segment restriction.
