Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

Rikaz Development is a leading Omani real estate developer offering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales professional based in Muscat, Oman, who will promote and sell its properties and guide buyers, tenants and investors through the entire sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings and present proposals
• Negotiate terms and assist with documentation and closing
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems and coordinate with internal teams on property information
• Deliver customer service before and after the sale

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate regulations and market dynamics
• Proven sales skills: lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation and closing
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with good organization and time management
• Ability to work on-site in Muscat, including property visits and meetings
• Previous real estate sales or property development experience preferred; English and Arabic fluency is an asset

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software and sales tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
