Director of Sales – Real Estate

About the role

The Director of Sales will lead Rikaz’s sales strategy for residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments in Oman. Based on‑site in Masqat, this senior position drives revenue growth, aligns sales initiatives with project timelines and ensures a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets, monitor performance and forecast revenue for all development projects.
• Lead, coach and manage the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes.
• Maintain key client relationships, identify new business opportunities and oversee negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and development teams to align sales initiatives with market positioning.
• Analyse market trends, prepare sales reports and recommend strategies to increase market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales or property development, preferably in the GCC region.
• Strong background in sales operations, target setting, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Business development expertise with a track record of expanding client portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
