Construction Manager II

About the role

Worley is seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead large‑scale Oil & Gas projects, ensuring safe, predictable and efficient delivery from engineering through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong HSSE leadership and promote a culture of safety, integrity and operational excellence.
• Lead and oversee all construction activities, develop and execute construction strategies, and drive constructability reviews and Advanced Work Packaging.
• Manage contractor performance, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations teams, and monitor progress against schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Support completions, commissioning readiness and system handover, and promote digitalisation and innovative construction technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience on major Oil & Gas EPCM projects, including brownfield and operating facilities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex, multicultural environments.
• Strong commitment to HSSE leadership and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in EPCM project delivery and construction management.
• Deep understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project execution processes.
